Tasty Thursday : Potato Salad

Potato Salad
Kiriman: hasna

Bahan-Bahan:

3 medium size potatoes
mayonaise
pepper
few slices of sausages or meat loaf
parsley leaves
olive oil

Method:

boiled the potatoes with the skin.
after the potatoes is cooked and soft, unskinned the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into dice and place in a bowl.
Boil or microwave the sausages or meat loaf. After cooked, cut them into small dices and mixed into the potatoes.
put enough mayonnaise and dash a little of olive oil and grated pepper (not too wet). Mixed them up gently while the potatoes is still warm.
Garnished it with cut parsley leaves. Put it into the fridge before serving.

How to Serve:

serving enough for 2-3 person, best served chilled. Suitable for parties and BBQ.
