F4 in the house

Dah lama sangat rasanya tak menulis apa-apa...I was busy and yet still busy...and plus, no interesting matter to share.
May be in this entry I should share my thought about my new Form 4 student's experiences being in SCHOOL.  The registration day of Form 4 students was held on the 10th February.  It's been almost 3 weeks since they first time arrive at SCHOOL.

The parents - pastinya sangat happy to leave their child in this SCHOOL, where they thought is the best school for the children.
The students - pastinya sangat seronok to meet new friends...and proud kut, for being here...

this thought should be last on the 1st or 2nd day jer kut...hehheeh...I can't deny that my SCHOOL is quite ok, if looking at the SPM rank, the reputation, but the truth is....

The parents - pasti ada yang tak sanggup tengok tilam empuk anak diaorang ditukar dengan tilam getah sekerap yg dah berkeruping....I think, those tilam is exactly the one yang my batch guna dulu...poor students....BUT, ada sedikit intervention hehehe tilam 'empuk' dipakaikan new clothes so that the looks is OK
The parents - sure there will be part of them yang tak sangka their children facing "stealing phenomena" yang sangat berleluasa...specially for the boys...
sometimes, we thought the thief is among the students but then the prove macam tak jer...
one of my new homeroom member said that,"cikgu, maybe toyol yang ambil handphone kitaorang" hahhahahha (jahatnyer, cikgu gelak...) I said that, "it is possible toyol want to use your phone ker?" kids is always kids....

Believe me, this kids will turn to be useful people when they grow up....I wish...There is still a few things yang kami belum dapat settle, but most of the activity for the students, is the best activity that is planned.  And ME, I'll try my best to be the best teacher for my students...

HOMEROOM DELIMA 1

Welcome to MRSM TGB, be my best Homeroom!!!

BOY had Measles

Picture of BOY's thigh and abdomen at 5.11 pm

I haven't had enough time to write  for the past 2-3 days...was busy with SCHOOL works, meetings, new Form 4 orientation week + homeroom meetings and unfortunately my BOY fall sick. Poor BOY...his body temperature was really high for about 2 nights....mmg penat sangat when your child is sick. [ but the mother's feeling is totally different from the father,  i bet you!! ]

After the 2 days high temperature 'drama scene' , now my hyperactive boy had measles start on his abdomen....and i've surf for some information on measles through the net:

Measles is caused by a type of virus called a paramyxovirus. When someone who has the virus sneezes or coughs, tiny droplets containing the virus spray into the air. The droplets stay active for two hours in the air or on a surface. A baby who breathes in these droplets or comes in contact with them can become infected.

If your baby has measles, he'll start out with a fever, an extremely runny nose, a cough, and red, runny eyes.

A few days later, he may develop characteristic spots in his mouth, particularly on the mucous membranes that line his cheeks. These spots, called Koplik's spots, appear as tiny white dots — like grains of salt or sand — on reddish bumps.

A couple of days later, a measles rash will appear on your child's face and neck, progress down his back and trunk, then to his arms and hands, and finally to his legs and feet.

So, this is the 2nd day BOY had measles. Probably the rashes will decreases tomorrow or may be the day after...Hope that BOY will recover sooner and gain his appetite...now on he only drinks milk and have totally no appetite on other food....obviously his losing weight...anak tembam IBU dah x tembam lagi...

Penumbral Lunar Eclips - 9th February 2009

captured from car porch

captured from the kitchen

"A lunar eclipse occurs whenever the Moon passes through some portion of the Earth's shadow. This can occur only when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are aligned exactly, or very closely so, with the Earth in the middle. Hence, there is always a full moon the night of a lunar eclipse. The type and length of an eclipse depend upon the Moon's location relative to its orbital nodes.

A penumbral eclipse occurs when the Moon passes through the Earth's penumbra. The penumbra does not cause any noticeable darkening of the Moon's surface, though some may argue it turns a little yellow. A special type of penumbral eclipse is a total penumbral eclipse, during which the Moon lies exclusively within the Earth's penumbra. Total penumbral eclipses are rare, and when these occur, that portion of the Moon which is closest to the umbra can appear somewhat darker than the rest of the Moon." -Wikipedia

at first, when hubby said there will be lunar eclipse tonight, I felt really excited....ingatkan leh tgk the moon eclipse with Boy on IBU birthday... but the phenomena that occur is just Penumbral eclipse...no observable or obvious noticeable different to the moon...:(

Another tag from Sheri :D

It's simple:

List down 5 of the products from the list below that you are boycotting, and then list down 5 of the products that you will try your best to boycott, and finally list another 5 of the products that you find it hard to boycott, and tag 5 others.

This tag is to get everyone to read the list below carefully and identify which products affects your life and the lives of the Palestinians most! You can also compare your list with your friends and see: if they can boycott one product that you haven't been boycotting, why can't you start to boycott the product too?

Project No 1

Hmmm...Insyaallah tomorrow my new brand sewing machine will arrive.. Yeayy!! I've been waiting for so long...but, unfortunately...i don't now how to sew at all...zero!!
hehehhe....mesti pelik, kan?? dah la tak tahu menjahit langsung...gatal-gatal pulak beli sewing machine...

Actually, its just an investment. I would like to learn how to sew, step by step. Sewing as a hobby could produce income...But to be realistic, I don't want to earn any income by sewing. Just want to learn new thing.

So, for the first project, I hope I could sew 4 DIY ariani clone hijab...agak-agak leh tak?? My first almost Ariani Hijab dijahit tangan aje...tak berapa kemas lah... but if I manage to sew this 4 DIY Ariani clone hijab, I can proceed with second project which is......may I keep it as secret????

So, I'll update what happen to my first project in the next entry yeah...

This is the sewing machine that I bought from Kedai Singer Jasin
-Dear sewing machine, please let me use you wisely-
